A lot of guys jokingly call the myriad photos of boats being put together boat porn.  And with good reason.

One can spend countless hours looking at them purely for pleasure: not so much, if ever, to learn how the vessel was put together (though that sometimes happens), but more because it is pleasing to the eye.

Other people might obsess over the woodwork or the craftsmanship, but for the me, the curves and the geometry are most compelling.   They remind me of times perceived to be long gone- banished by fiberglass and mass production.  Each curved plank and bent rib push back against modern times.  They also bring me and my crew one step closer to being on the water, experiencing the timeless thrill of sailing…
